I have a player I'm my Champion ship called younes46 he is a level 9 and every player is rated an 80 all 23 players level 80 with 50.000 fans how can this be and where do I report it please

This player has already been reported , as per the other forum page. I have posted an update from admin.
The above player has all level 90 players now they have allgone from 80 to 90 since above post
The admins have stated that they've already investigated these players and did not see any cheating now...
What a crock chit all players from level 80 to level 90 in week and no cheating tell them try me glasses that's just gutless
I will report them again next month...I think we should report all such people here and then report them all at once
