I have started a guild and are trying to advertise but I don't know what powers right hands or experienced have? So could you please advise me how to make a good guild and choose right hands and answer my question any advice would be appreciated many thanks

Right hands have all the powers you have as leader, other than to chuck you out the guild.

An 'experienced' person in the guild can hand out invitations to any other person to join the guild.

Just be carefully of whom you give these powers to it's been known for some players to destroy a guild to benefit another so I emphasize precaution when making this choice.
