ive just lost a game to a team that had half the quality i have on the playing players not the squad. i have no idea why and ive set the strategy according to real world skilld and capabilities. doesnt seem to matter what bit of strategy i change it really seems to make no difference. been playing this a while but probably wont for mutch longer......the game seems to be random not skilled or strategic. The strategy part of this game sux! ive wasted money upgrading and makes no difference, ive made wild changes and makes no difference and ive made small subtle changes and makes no difference.

Have you tried playing with the individual skill set also if he has trained his players properly instead of auto it makes a huge difference
