I like this idea a lot if it can be sorted in a sensible way and is internal to the guilds, I would like to see more guild interaction options generally.
The challenge of course is star rating at different levels, but for example, if a player was "loaned" to another guild member who was one level lower, then removing 5 points from each attribute for the loan period would at least mean the players star attributes aren't out of sync with the level.

This is a brilliant idea. Make this happen please
