Click 'my account' which is just under your name in top right corner of forum. The final tab says 'new ticket' and there's a form to fill in.
How do one raise this ticket you talk about

If the leader goes inactive, you can raise a ticket to have a new leader created, but the old one stays on. Easier to start a new guild IMHO.


Note quite right. We did this a few months back and support physically removed the old leader. They were completely inactive though and it did take a week or so.
