When you are present with your team it would be good to be able to pick your penalty. Players just kick once kick distance is OK b t would be good to override this.

Technically you can adjust your strategy midgame to suit your needs more correctly, for example if you see you need a try in at the 60' mark change your penalty distance max to the minimum so you don't go for poles, bit of a long way to do it but possible.
