Strategy suggestione for dummies

Hi all,
I'm not in the rugby game. Could someone tell me if it is better an high penetration rate for the 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or not? Same question for the speed attacca/defence slider: for which position is better to high the rate?
Tks

Nobody, a hint?

We are all trying to work out the same thing

If your penetration rate is high it means your players will try to break through the opponent defence line rather than passing to other players or kicking the ball. Depending on player stats all players can be good at breaking through (penetration rate)
If you want your guys to pass the ball as soon as they encounter resistance from opponents, then set penetration rate low, if you want them to kick ball when they run into opponents then, also make penetration rate low and make your kick strategy higher.
Pass speed must be set according to your players skill level, its how fast your guy will pass the ball, the speed of the ball. If you make it to fast your players will not catch it, unless their skills are good enough.
If you want to set individual player's [penetration rate] decide if you want that player to break trough defence, pass when he gets to defence or kick. The only way to fine tune this is to watch when your team play, if it keep say [player cant pass through, ball dropped] it means your player isn't trained well enough to break through defence, then rather set his penetration rate low so he can pass or kick the ball rather than trying to break through.
If ur players is avg. 10 - 20 stars try this for individual player strategy setup:
[Rythm - 70%]
[Hands off - 50%]
[Pass speed - 10%]
[Penetration - 20%]
[Kick - (10% for players 1-7) (50% for players 8 - 14) ( 80% for player 15]
[Attack - 50%]
[Defense - 50%]

From here you can fine tune your players according to how they perform in matches

So if we try and use your suggested settings for lesser players it brings up the yellow warning triangle for several of these. What does this mean exactly and how does / can it effect the game?

It can cause your players to foul knock the ball on and such find out what players are doing it and just scroll it back a little

Do the warnings change as players get better?

All the 'warnings' are, are notices that a particular value/tactic you have given to an individual player is significantly different to the general tactics you have for the whole team.

I'm under the impression that it doesn't matter what your settings and strategy is, the game will just do what it wants anyway. It seems like the game decides games and players options regardless of your strategy. Like for instance, a player with a 0% kick stat and a 100% penetration setting kicking the ball for no reason with an open trie line in the 70 th min.
