Can we see the retirement age of players increased - as I have said on another thread it is very rare any player retires at 31 - I personally think 35 would be a better and more realistic age

New to this game but an idea quite a lot of other games use is to randomise it for players between x age and y age. So maybe a random roll between 31 and 35? Makes it more of a lottery and makes it worth a punt on a player at 30 as you may get up to 4 more years from him, just adds a little spice to things and it's pretty easy to code in
