Ability to message other guilds

With the recent changes to inactive members a number of guilds have lost many members. I would like to see guilds given the ability to message each other to allow guilds to arrange amalgamations, forge friendships and loan teams. Even if the ability was strictly limited to leaders it would enhance the game and open opportunities for more friendships between guilds.

Worth a punt. Probably also open up the venom channels for a few lol, but there's plenty mature players who could make this a useful addition to the game.

Guilds could also have the option to block guilds. That would solve the venom issue.
