Would be a good addition to the game if the players had a little more of a profile, say weight, height and even nationality!
I personally would love to know my workhorse Fijian at 3 was playing with my outstanding 7ft kiwi 2nd row and a fast but slight inaccurate Aussie kicker at fly half, supported by a gritty northern hemisphere winger from Wales! Might even put some Engalnd players in there...Controversial! - but you've got to support your home team
Maybe even let you give them a little biography so you know what your buying? What they've achieve in their previous championships

Give those Rugby Managers at the lofty heights of level 15+ and have maxed the game a chance to run a national team as well as their Guild? Your top players are called up and you have to manage around it but get them back playing better, more training and energy %
