May be a stupid question but how are people getting youth players? Is there a way of creating a youth academy or something?

There is no youth academy, but you can recruit youg players (18-19 y/o) at auctions.
Where do they come from tho?
White swans come with them in baskets and drop them at the auctions door step
Are they generated and put in teams? Replacing retired players or just appear in some teams?
