training intensity

Hi!

Is there anywhere a table, where can I see what is the effectivity and the energy costs the half hour / 2 hours / 4 hours training? Most of my players has has more then 6 energy / hour regeneration, so if the 2 hours training is more efficient / hour, I choose that type of training.

My thought is that the amount of rest time required is the amount of training they get - so 4 hour training gives 8 times as much training points as 30 minute training.

Therefore:
Stretching = 1:3 = 0.33
Fitness = 4:15 = 0.27
Intense = 8:36 = 0.22

I usually training stretching and fitness if there is a match in a few hours, or if I can log in regularly, and intense if I'm going to bed/work.
The lower training times are more efficient. So if you can train your players every 30 minutes that will be the most efficiency followed by 2 hours and lastly 4. I would suggest try for the least training times based on how often you will be online.
