Transfer to new tablet

I'm having a new Android tablet. Does anyone know how I can transfer my game data so I don't have to start again. Any help much appreciated.

If you are logged in with facebook just install the game on the tablet and log in with facebook then asks about saved data

It also works if you sign in through gamecentre
