What's the possibility of searching for players based on skills, like tackle rating or pass distance etc

Agreed; one or two more search filters would be really, really handy. Especially if they were 'non-visable' on the recruitment screen already.
I'd like to also see a filter that you can search for a maximum rating as well so that you can search for the players that are in your price range. Or a buy now option would be fun to see

Filtering by rating, price, age, training speed and energy recovering speed would be great.
Adding the granularity for all 24 skill levels separately would be excessive I think.. you could always add a second monitor to put the filter sliders on though

Usually by being polite, patient and posting things that they feel are worthy of a response!
