Unable to open achievements

Hi. Wondered if anyone else has this problem. Rankings and achievements window is blank.
Any idea what I am doing wrong?

Hi Lynn.
Simply go to options and hit "play with google" (or similar) so it is unchecked. Then press achievements button and it should be right.

Yep and not recently covered by the new patch

Many thanks Pro Try and Brett, actually what was suggested worked. I clicked 'play with google play' on settings and it appeared, i then unchecked that box and achievements were still there.

I'm using an iPad (not sure if relevant) and don't have a 'play with google' option. Just play with game centre or Facebook. Ticking and unit king these has not helped me get my achievements back.

Any one else in a similar situation?
