Training speed etc.

I'm looking deeper into the numbers of training building. So training speed is defined as the speed at which the player gains points. But what is the base line to this, since there is 3 training modes to choose from. So if my RB has 60% training speed, and the build efficacy is at 250% that would result in 1.5 completions of the training bar. But is the 30m training have a base variable? Unless my math is incorrect, a player with TS of 115% x 250%bonus = 2.875 completions so he'd get 2 points yes? I'm kind of curious to see the proper mathematical formula for this. Any insight would greatly be appreciated.
Now I've done some math and the best equation I found is that the 30min is .5, 2hr is 1, 4hr is 2. So 1.15 x 2.50 x .5 = 1.4 for 30 min. 1.15 x 2.50 x 1= 2.8 for 2hr and 1.15 x 2.50 x 2= 5.75 for 4 hr. However this may not be correct but it's something to start with.

They did say somewhere in here that the recovery time is directly proportional to how much training gets done, so if 30 min was 0.5, then 2 hours would be 2.
Training efficiency is also related to the energy of your players. So player with x training speed will gain more point at 100% energy than at 80% energy (it also seems that training can't drag your energy below 66% but i am not sure about that). That say, doing 8 times a 30 min training might give more point than 2 times 2 hours training du to energy recovery speed of players (unless you spam heal kits between training sessions)
See I'm sure there are missing variables in my equation, I thought about energy having a variable but it would be so complicated. maybe that's why the computer does all the calculations. I'd like to more so see the actual equation, but maybe I'm thinking too much into it.
Yeah, they've never given us a true equation, just a list of factors.

Why do you end the game in the middle of plays???! I've lost 3 games today as I was running down the field with a game winner! Also, timeouts and players need to max out at a realistic level

1) wrong thread
2) This has been covered before. It's a ping issue, if you re-play the match you'll see a tackle that you didn't when watching live.
3) What are you talking about when you say timeouts? No way to call them as far as I know.
4) Players need to max out at a realistic level? Are you talking about your team moving slower than you expect? They get faster as you rank up.
