Have just played a game, opponent scored 13 points after the 80min mark because my kicker couldn't reach touch. He was kicking along the halfway line, the opponents prop intercepted kick, then they proceeded to score 13 points.How can a kicker not be able to reach the touchline with a kick off, let alone their players be able to run 10m and catch the ball before yours can run 1m?
