What are the benefits of upgrading these buildings, please explain.

From what I can tell the training camp increases the amount of skill points a player can pick up and also increases how fast they recover from training or matches. I'm not too sure about the tactics yet but if I spot anything... I'll be back

Upgrading the training facility increases the efficiency of every training.
The strategy building don't need to be upgraded for now, a bonus will be added in a future update.
