I would like you clever people to tell me how a to get 3 players, 98, 93, 80 and your team to be rated at 80. Surely there has to be some kind of cheating involved. I don't understand how this could be possible. Please help me understand.

It works on overall average of a squads star ratings. No cheating involved

Add up all his players ratings and divide it by how many players in his squad then you'll see its correct

As you progress through the championships the max level goes up by 5. Champ 13 is now 100 stars.
