My right winger has just had an attacker run straight through him. He's got a tackle and safe tackle rating of 135. The highest possible for the level I'm on (Level 20). How can this happen? Even if the other players' safe hand off and penetration rating were the highest. surely my player would still be able to at least block his progress??

It will happen on occassion that an opponent runs over your top tacklers.

Things to look out for to avoid this is:
Too high rhythm
Too high defense speed

I'm guessing the game engine involves some random number generation Jon which is why you can't guarantee any outcome, irrespective of your player scores.
