I'm guessing because obvs I can't see your account but your money is exceeding what you can hold in your banks therefore you can't take anymore money?
If that's the case you need to spend some on upgrades and then claim the money however sometimes the server has froze on me and not collected my money you just have to keep on trying eventually you will get your money if it's inside your stadium
