I think Guild Challenges would be more fun if we Divide the Guild Challenges by Divisions which will be based on Average Ratings for entire Guild. We then have each Division have 20 Guilds and then for a Season they play for Top spot. Top 2 can be promoted to higher Tier or Division with the bottom 2 dropping.
This will even out the playing field and also make it more fun and challenging.
Adding this will also add incentive to recruit players as the ball game changes.
