This is very badly thought out. At the very least a winning team that did not start the challange shoild get the point for that guild.

I think this game is corrupt how is it bloody possible that a 39 star level 7 team can beat a 59 star level 9 team and a 37 level 6 star team beat a 55 star

Answer is simple. The challenging team adds match bonus up to 100% The right of this is another argument but explains your 'issue'. Nothing the defending team can do about it and they have no option for bonus. What I keep banging on about being wrong is that if the away team happens to win having been challenged then they get nothing.
