Just curious as to whether other guilds are achieving these kind of numbers for kits sent/received?

I'm one of the leading contributors and receivers in our guild and I've only got 350ish....

Our guild is rubbish at health kits, we've got maybe 4-5 people who really do well and sending kits, but most are crap!

I've set our minimum kits sent to 20 a day. 260 kits sent in a season gets a promotion to experienced. Anyone who falls to far behind the daily minimum gets removed. Repeat until you find players active enough to send and receive good numbers.
