Keep committing fouls at the ruck

Why is it that, all of a sudden, whenever a ruck is formed, I give a penalty away for a foul at the ruck. This has never been a problem before and I've changed no strategy settings. The ruck aggressiveness is not too high. Puzzled,

This isn't a bug. Thus it's part of being a rugby manager to work out what's happening and how to deal with it, as others have.

Had this issue and experimented. Problem solved! :))
