Anybody else out there finding that the recovery rate is VERY slow today? Not just a bit but VERY slow. Coiple of guild members mentioned same. Wondered what is going on. Glitch or something changed?

That's a display bug, the energy recovering speed only change when you upgrade your infirmary.
Try to restart the app.

Well I appreciate the reply albeit some 3 days later. I understand that it should only change with upgrading the infirmary.mYou say it is a 'display' bug but we still lost most of the day in being able to regain 100% energy. Knowing that training rate is linked to this then we have also lost put on training points for the period. Not the end of the world but it does seem to have had an adverse effect on some but not others.

It's affected me alot I should have alot more training point this time of the season. I'm sitting on about 35-50 per player when 5his time last season it was 50-70 per player.
