Internal Guild Rewards

As teams get high in the levels the Guild challenges get boring. We have been running internal guild challenges - tournaments etc. But as leader I cannot issue any rewards - best team improvements/best player in GvG/internal tournament winner and runner up etc etc
Could we have a system Guild leaders can access to provide rewards - gold balls - internal trophies or similar?

This would work if the game would limit the number of rewards a leader can issue per month. For an example, each leader gets 10 gold balls or 50 recruiter points to award once a month. It's not like you are playing in-house tournaments every day. That too would become as boring as some of the GCs.
