Why not allow players to offer recruiter coin to buy a player from another player direct - allowing you to search other teams for players you would like and then offer just like a real transfer - could add a "tax" which would make it more expensive than the normal market but that would be good fun asking.

terrible idea. could loan players to each other in guilds for different matches..

All they need do is mandate a minimum period of ownership after purchase, 18 days say, to make sure it influences at least one league season. I think it would be a good idea.
