What is the point of the 3 strategy buildings?

To have dominance (in strategy) over your opponents. If you only have one or two strategy buildings, they won't be as useful as having all three, whether your team is full of visa players or not.

Thanks, so is the percentage cumulative and with all 3 maxed to level 29 I have 42% increase in strategy’s
