Can someone please explain to me where i can select a friendly match, one that does not consume energy from my players? Am i right when i say the world interface where you can see surrounding stadiums, is where u train against players in a match? Thus losing energy?

The world interface is for training matches against random opponents. That consumes energy and allows to earn a lot of fans.

To play a friendly match, click on the team you want to challenge, and click on "Friendly match".
