Can you explain why an injured player is replaced by weaker players not in the match day 23? My full back was injured in a game, I have two full backs in squad, one ranked 30, one ranked 20, guess which one the game thinks I'd rather have on the pitch!?

Done it again, two players not in starting 15, one ranked 12 the other 25 and it puts the lower ranked player on, please explain

Sorry, I didn't see this question. The game choose a substitue that plays the same post of the injured player, regardless of the quality. I agree it could be improved, but it's not the case for now.

There is no match 23, your entire squad is available to be a sub regardless of how many players you have.

Is there any sequence in which replacements are chosen?

I actually ranked my squad putting the highest quality players first in the belief the programmers would be intelligent enough to select the lower squad number substitute first and therefore the player you wanted to bring on should he be needed. Have to say some very simple basics missing on what could be a great game. Have Sublinet lost interest after making all their money during the World Cup??
