On the training page, there is a meter next to the cone symbol. What does this show? It's not training speed, energy or morale...

It's the training progress. The player earn a training point when the bar is fulfilled.

The amount of training points earned during a training depends of its duration.
Your players will earn as much training points by doing 1 time the 2h training or 4 times tue 30min training.
But the 2h training consumes 5 times more energy than the 30min one.

This detail, the difference between the 3 trainings, should be made more clear on the training screen, please. Been wondering since I started playing! Of course, now that I've upgraded my infirmary and recruited strategically, this does mean I'll be needing to log in less frequently over the course of the day...
