I don't lose any fans this way, only from tournament / guild and championship.
Is this happening to anybody else?

If you are on someone elses map game and they challenge and beat you, you lose fans, this applies to everyone. Not a big supporter of it but that's the way the devs want it.

I can confirm that George. It will not happen if you challenge somebody and lose but if you lose when challenged it will. Check your schedule.

I have been challenged a lot more recently and losing fans. The matches are coded with a traffic cone symbol. How are these matches selected. When you chose play match this gives you option only to play those on the map. So only limited access to matches and gain back fans. I have lost close on 30,000 fans this week and don't know how to access these matches or understand why now I am being targeted by teams that I cannot challenge so how are they able to challenge me??? this is very annoying I have been kicked from two guilds. Also cannot find how to add heals other than use of gold coins. previously I seem to get them but now no longer receive any

I lose about 1000 fans in these challenges yet when I play the teams on the map I only get 192.000? what is going on.

The 192,000 is how much cash you make. You will lose on average 700-900 fans for one of those when challenged like you were. When you start a match you not only get the 192,000 cash but gain 1000 fans back unless you have the Max fans for your stadium already. You are limited to a certain amount of matches per day, so when they all disappear from the map don't worry as more teams will come to replace them

The best way of checking what you gained or lost it to click on match, then schedule, then click on the match itself there. On the first screen you see it has the amount not cash earned and the number of fans gained. It will always be 1000 unless you have more than 142000 fans or have space left for less than 1000 until you're at max capacity

In order to add heals you need to be in a guild. People request them on the chat panel and you can click on send and they get them. Same for you, you request there and they send to you. These "sent" heal kits do NOT come out of the ones you have. When you hit send they are generated by the game, so if you have 0 you can still send and if you have 1000 you'll still have 1000 once you've hit the button

Again, you have to be in a guild for that to happen though. It is the only place to send and receive them which is free and not gold ball related
