why cant I make a guild challenge

When I try to make a guild challenge it tells me I have to have 10 members,I have 11 and I have them all as experienced with 4 of them right hand men,our gild is 2 weeks old and have only 3 new members from 1 day ago but promoted them instantly,can anyone tell me why I cant challenge that has been through this please thanks for any info

Your 10th member needs to be part of the guild for at least 48 hours before you can initiate a guild challenge, this is to avoid players jumping guilds to pick on the smaller guys for RP. So in another day or two you'll be able to challenge to your hearts content.
