Is this still an open thread? Are mods still sought?

If so, I tentatively put myself forward. I'm quite active, though not a brilliant player.

Courteously writing in English of a high standard is something that comes easily to me.

Neutrality is not a concern. As far as "Be major" goes, I'm unsure of the requirement, but I assume it means log on regularly. I can do that.

Please do advise, even if the advice is that the thread is closed.
