Ive looked back through the questions and it was asked at least once. Never did see a definite answer. It appears it is just something that has never been addressed by the programmers. One fella said that he could get his QB to move about 90% of the time by messing with the direction and distance of the arrow.

I would also like to see an answer from someone who knows.

Q-ball, can you help?

also i believe the amount of time b4 you throw allows the QB to move or not depending on how much or how little time you allow. even if time is set to auto the QB will not move much
