Is there a way to cancel a player auction? I was distracted (blaming my child) and auctioned my best receiver instead of my 3rd string QB. Any way to cancel an auction after it's started??

No. As soon as you put him up for auction he is off your team.

Look at your player (in the Training Facility, for example) and you will see a group of buttons to the left. Bottom one is "Transfer". You have 2 choices from there; either "Dismiss" the player or "Sell" him in the auction. He will stay there for 24 hours.
