Nope. Stuck at 10% which effectively increases it Season on season.

Ok, cheers. Was reading somewhere on here that some promise had been made to zero it at level 50 and thought at the time that the poster was 'mistaken'. ( he says realising that the the gaunlet or proof has been laid down )
