Are people motivated or not?

A lot of us have been posting in guild sections that we are recruiting, we have space, however almost no one here comments on the thread, if they do then they don't really reply. Are they motivated to use the forum to search for guilds or not?? Is there any reason?

You have created a reputation, maybe have others in your guild try to recruit? It works, but the hard part is keeping people.

Maybe maybe, for me however keeping people has now became an easier task
