Overall strategy versus strategy instructions!

Can somebody please explain the difference between Strategies ( where there are options of default, new or training ) and the individual strategy instructions that may be applied to each player!

How does one effect the other?

As an extreme example what would happen if I set all of one to the far left and the player levels to the far right? What would te player then do in a game?

Hope this makes sense!

The team instructions give a maximum/minimum value, the individual instructions dictate a more exact instruction for an individual. So for example if you have pass speed as a team at three quarters, and you then put one player at full pass speed, it will mean that player will pass at three quarters as fast as they can.

Hahaha. I really appreciate the reply but............ I have read this several times and am still trying to understand a player passing at three quarters as fast as they can! Do you mean that they are limited to passing at three quarter rate but they will do it straightvaway instead of holding the ball for a bit?

Am I being thick here?

Pass speed is the speed in the air once released. The faster, the less accurate it is and is more likely to be 'fumbled' by the receiver, but it is less likely to be intercepted and also you are more likely to break through defences.
