Anyone have any idea how to invite specific users? If I click on the rugby manager link on their forum profile it just opens the game and can only search for guilds within the game, which means I cannot find people without guilds. Irritating me now as I'm sure there's a way!

I don't believe there is a way Croxton. Although if you're determined enough you can browse through the leagues until you find your person.
