Hi therebp i have an error code #1034 coming up on my new phone a samsung s7edge i cant seem to access game anymore and have had to carry my old pjone with me.

Is this something that can be sorted?

Rather log a support ticket, I think it's a bit more serious than what can be resolved on the forum right now
