We all pretty much know (at current) that they are a waste of time BUT sometimes we do score them on very rare occasions.... SO, when we manage to win a penalty on the 88 - 90 minute, wouldn't it be nice to at least have the time to actually take the penalty without the full time whistle going.... on occasions it could make the difference!
