There are no tournaments at level 14 and 15, so there is no way to earns gold balls. This can be solved by creating tournaments in which teams from 2 levels can participate.

haamed4151, I don't think you understood this topic, tournaments have not been occurring at higher guild levels, which prevents these players from getting gold balls..
However you have a brilliant suggestion, perhaps there should be a reward for amount of heals sent..
