No. We have put in a request for the youth academy but nothing has come out of it. So till they introduce the youth academy, which I hope will be in the next update, you will have to buy players from the auction.

So im wondering how others can have 18-19 years old? I saw many on the transfer market, owned by others. Are these NOT from actual players?
Also, is there any implication in performance if i use DM as defender and AM as attacker?

Some of the players on the market are generated by the game, and not sold by other players.
guest>i saw that GK cant be replaced by DM or D ...the player is not good even if you have max defense skills....also for the striker, AM doesnt know much scoring than A ...but for the others i dont know...
