The last land has to be bought by gold balls. You cannot buy that last piece of land with money.

If you unlock land earlier in the game with gold balls, the amount of money required to unlock plots increases.
i've just unlocked one land with 20 gold ball...after that the price of the next land was 76millions,and just the next one after (now) it's 100millions....so there are still 5 lands left...it's impossible to get it
Yes, as I stated, when you unlock land with gold balls, the next plot costs much more in money terms.
