The highest level goes up 1 every season.. currently level 22 i believe probably wrong haha
now i'm in level 23...it's the highest level for the moment...only the 9 first players could move up to 1 level after 1 season...there is not this rule for the top 3......but staying in the top 9 is harder than the top 3 in the others level lol
