Nice idea but may be a step too far for the programming?
Another issue that I can see creeping up is if opponents are evenly matched 40 minutes can go by without the ball going dead
They've got yellow and red cards in the football version which is v v similar so I can't see it being too much of a problem other than the lack of ability to change formations so it would leave a huge hole
