My tablet needed a factory reset and when I downloaded and signed in to Rugby Manager it asked me to set up a (new) team. Anything I can do to get back my old team?

This has happened to other players who have been reunited with their team eventually after submitting a request ('ticket') to the developers
Same thing has happened to me. I was in game options and randomly pressed play with Game Center which I have been doing since I started
When I closed the options it started in a new game from the beginning. I can't seem to get it back. WTF

Try deleting the app then reinstalling. Select to restore through facebook
