Unfair winning

While playing a tournament i had a match end in score of of 4 - 5 which ia totaly unfair .. how does the machine decide who going to win
You and your opponents scores were even after extra time which resulted in a penalty shootout. Your opponent then won the shootout 5-4 hence the strange scoreline.
Yes but what Bernadine is asking is how does the game decide who wins the penalty shoot out? I don't know. Is it pot luck or based on game stats?

Pierrott can you assist?
The match bonus function on this game is a stupid idea! What is the point?

Before the game start one should be made aware of the match bonus amount of the opponent. Then you should be able to equal the amount automatically

Then why even have it? I don't like it, but if we have it the one small benefit is the cat and mouse game. I don't like it, i dont want it, but if it's here your suggestion would make it even worse.
Another thread gone totally off topic in favour of MB. Yawn.

It would help if anybody could answer the original question.
I meant to squash the mb to get back to the original, but i guess I could have been more direct.
Back to the original question. From personal experience it does seem a bit random. I've played low rhythm strats meaning my players are essentially better by the end of the game and lost, I've managed to win on high rhytm strats as well
